The price of cotton bags depends on four main factors: Order Quantity (the more items you order, the lower the unit price), Fabric Type (natural cotton is typically more cost-effective than dyed cotton), Printing Method, and any Selected Add-ons, such as custom labels, pockets, or special handles. Each of these components influences the final product cost.

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces. It's important to remember that the unit price becomes more attractive with larger volumes - for example, the price difference is already significant when ordering 500 pieces.

Our production lead time varies and depends largely on the time of year, our current order queue, and the workload required for your individual project. Our standard lead times are: • January - March: 7-10 business days • April - September: 10-14 business days • October - December (peak season): 14-21 business days These timelines are estimates. However, our most popular models include: • Flat Bag: 38 x 41 cm (handles: 2.5 x 63 cm). • Bag with Bottom Gusset: 38x41 cm (10 cm bottom gusset, handles: 2.5 x 63 cm). • Bag with Bottom and Side Gussets: 38 x 41 cm (10 cm bottom and side gussets, handles: 2.5 x 63 cm). • Beach Bag: 60 x 40 cm (16 cm bottom gusset, handles: 4 x 70 cm). Additionally, we offer cotton handles in 2.5 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm widths, as well as cotton webbing straps in 3 cm and 4 cm widths.

Yes, absolutely. Because our entire production process—from cutting to sewing and printing—is handled in-house, we have complete flexibility. This allows us to easily customise any product to your individual needs, changing not only the size but also the fabric colour or adding custom details (e.g., pockets, patch labels, or extra handles).

We use several printing techniques, chosen based on the project design and order quantity: • Screen Printing: The most durable method with vibrant colours, ideal for larger quantities. • Digital Printing (DTG): Enables the precise reproduction of complex designs and photos, perfect for short runs. • DTF (Direct to Film): A modern film transfer technique ensuring high detail and print elasticity. • Large-Format Printing (DTT): Used n mass production, where the design is applied to the entire roll of fabric before the bags are sewn.

Our cotton grammage ranges from 145 to 350 g/m² (gsm). Lighter fabrics are ideal for producing cotton drawstring bags or compact everyday bags. In contrast, models with a higher grammage are thicker and more durable, making them perfectly suited for carrying heavier items and for premium personalised projects.

Our ordering process is simple and transparent to ensure maximum comfort and confidence at every step. 1. Inquiry and Quote: It all starts with your request for an offer. Based on your request, we prepare a detailed quote and a product visualization (mock-up). 2. Acceptance and Confirmation: After you accept the terms, we officially confirm the order, which is followed by the payment stage. 3. Production and Shipping: As soon as the formalities are finalized, our team begins your order production with full commitment. The finished product is then carefully packed and shipped to your specified address. 4. Delivery and Satisfaction: The process ends when you receive your order. Pre-washed fabric is more dimensionally stable because it has already been shrunk during the finishing process. As a result, its shrinkage after washing is minimal, at up to 5%. In contrast, raw fabric has not undergone this process, meaning its shrinkage after the first wash will be significantly higher, at around 10%.
