Printing on cotton fabrics using the "Roll to roll" technique
Are you thinking about printing your designs on a roll of cotton fabric to create a truly unique product? Do you have an idea for an unforgettable bag, pouch, cosmetic bag, tablecloth, table runner, cloths or perhaps apron? If you answered yes to the above questions, Natura has something special for you! We make personalized prints directly on the cotton fabric, from which we later sew your product. The printed fabric is durable, easy to use and has the OEKO-TEX certificate.
How to print on cotton fabric with Natura?
STEP 1
Choose a weight of fabric from our range of cotton textiles. We have weights ranging from 145 to 350 gsm, all of them have the OEKO-TEX certificate. If you can't decide on a fabric, write to us. We will be happy to send you a fabric samples for you to choose from.
STEP 2
Send us your original design for printing on the fabric. The file for printing should be sent in a vector version (cdr, eps, ai, pdf formats) or a good resolution bitmap (at least 300 dpi). Fonts should be sent in curves, colors in Pantone Solid C. Files should preferably be saved in PNG format. The width of the print is approximately 140 cm.
STEP 3
The minimum order is 1 running meter.
STEP 4
Choose the product you want to be sewn from the fabric printed with DTT method. We will prepare your product as per your guidelines in the order. The lead time is about 7-10 working days, from the time we receive payment based on the proforma invoice.
