WHEN CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

• 30 days return means: a 14-day deadline for terminating the sales agreement (via e-mail or by sending the parcel back within 14 days) + 16 days to return the purchased item after terminating the agreement.

• You don’t need to give a reason for your return, but any additional information will be appreciated.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE?

​

• Carefully fill in the form below. You can mail it or attach it to the returned parcel.

• Attaching the proof of purchase will expedite the return process.

• Please don’t send a cash on delivery parcel or a standard letter (considering the safety and delivery time).

• Return an adequately secured parcel to the address given on the return form.

• The cost of the returned parcel is not eligible for refund.

• We shall reimburse the money for your purchase to the bank account given on the returns form  within 14 days.
